While there is nothing nicer in winter than starting the day with a warm bowl of porridge, we still love overnight oats in late summer. "Overnight" means "overnight" in English - and that's how the oat flakes are prepared. The night before, simply mix the oat flakes with milk in a sealable bowl, put it in the fridge and while you dream, the oat flakes will swell. The next morning, the overnight oats are nice and creamy and wonderfully tasty and are waiting to be refined with toppings. For example, with chia pudding and berries, like in this recipe, which you can also find in our recipe book “Breakfast just right” and was written by our co-founder Caroline. Pretty to look at, tasty and light...for a great start to the day!
