Baked oats are absolutely trending right now. No wonder - it's easy to prepare, tastes like cake and is nutritious! With our porridge mixes you can prepare lots of tasty creations with just a few ingredients. Baked oats with our cinnamon apple porridge are particularly delicious and with this recipe there is an apple strudel feeling! The applesauce in the recipe gives the baked oats a natural sweetness.
It's vegan! If you use oat drink or a plant-based milk alternative when preparing it, the recipe is completely vegan.
Ingredients
For 2 servings:
100g 3Bears Porridge Cinnamon Apple
150ml 3Bears organic oat drink
5 tbsp applesauce
1 tbsp raisins
Powdered sugar and applesauce for serving.
Preparation
Puree the porridge, oat drink and applesauce into a viscous dough. Now stir in the raisins and pour the dough for the baked oats into an ovenproof dish and bake for about 20 minutes, at 160 degrees top heat.
Dust the warm baked oats with a little powdered sugar and scoop them out.
TIP: A large spoonful of applesauce tastes particularly delicious with the warm baked oats.
