Ingredients
50g 3Bears Porridge Cinnamon Apple150ml Oat Drink
1 tsp Flaked Almonds
1 Small Apple
1 tsp Sunflower Oil
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1 Pinch of Cinnamon
4-5 tbsp 3Bears Granola Oat Crunch
Preparation
Put the cinnamon apple porridge in a pot together with the oat drink. Bring to the boil, while stirring until it is nice and creamy. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
Roast the almond flakes in a pan and then place them on a plate. Cut a small apple into cubes, heat some sunflower oil and fry the apple in it. After 1-2 minutes, add water, maple syrup, cinnamon and, simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
Arrange the finished apples on the porridge together with the flaked almonds and granola.
