When it's freezing outside and the flakes are falling from the sky, then it's time to prepare yourself for the cold days. Make yourself #strong as a bear! Do something good for yourself and treat yourself to the vitamin-rich fruit porridge from oneslicemore . This can also be prepared wonderfully with the Thermomix.
Did you know that just 150-200g of berries are enough to cover your vitamin C needs for 24 hours? So add it to the delicious bowl!
Preparation time: approx. 5-10 minutes | For 2 bowls
Ingredients
For the porridge:- 100g 3Bears Porridge Three kinds of berries
- 300ml almond milk
- 1 teaspoon bee honey or agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla pulp
- 1 handful of berries (frozen)
- 1 fig
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp chocolate chips
- 1/2 banana
Preparation:
- For the berry porridge, stir all the ingredients together in a pot and simmer on the stove over medium heat for about 3 minutes until it thickens.
(Alternatively, the porridge can also be prepared fabulously with the Thermomix. Simply simmer for about 8-9 minutes at 100°C on level 2.) - Cut the fig into eighths and cut the banana into thin slices.
- Divide the porridge between two bowls and arrange the toppings on top. For really sweet bears, you can also add a small spoonful of honey or agave syrup.
