If you're in Vienna, there's no way you can miss the Sacher Torte. Perhaps the most famous chocolate cake ever is available here today as nutritious overnight oats. The chocolate mass is prepared in no time at all with our Fine Cocoa Porridge and the brand new Hot Drop Natural Oat Drink Powder. The whole thing is then topped with apricot cream and wholesome chocolate ganache. The combination of full-bodied chocolate and fruity sweetness is simply brilliant. Enjoying a classic dessert really clean is actually quite easy, right?
Ingredients
50g fine cocoa porridge1 tablespoon of natural oat drink powder
100ml water
2 apricots
1 tsp maple syrup
100g plant-based yogurt (e.g. coconut)
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder (without sugar)
1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Put the porridge with the oat drink powder and water in a glass, mix well, cover and chill. Wash, stone and cut the apricots into small cubes. Then put these in a pan or pot with a splash of water. Add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes. Set aside until it cools down. In the meantime, mix the plant-based yogurt, cocoa and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Fill the apricots into the glass with the overnight oats and spread the chocolate yoghurt on top. Place the overnight oats in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
