Veganes Carrot Cake Porridge

Carrot cake is an absolute classic. Here comes our clean version in porridge form. For the typical carrot cake taste, we top our porridge with a cream cheese frosting. It tastes totally yummy, is vegan and also completely clean.

Ingredients

40g 3Bears Wild Bowls - Hearty Bircher
200 ml oat drink
1 carrot
1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
10g raisins

Cream cheese frosting:
50g vegan fresh cheese
Squeeze of lemon
A dash of vanilla extract

Toppings:

Peanut butter
Raisins
Amaranth

 

Preparation

First grate the carrots. Wild Bowls - Put the hearty Bircher and oat drink in a pot, add grated carrots, raisins and cinnamon. Now simmer over low heat for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, mix together the cream cheese frosting ingredients. Now pour the porridge into a bowl and top with the frosting. Pour peanut butter over it and decorate with raisins and amaranth.
