Conditions of Participation
1. Organiser
The organizer of the competition is 3Bears Foods GmbH, Zielstattstraße 40, 81379 Munich, hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”.
2. Participants
All natural persons who are resident in Germany or Austria and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of 3Bears Foods GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation via competition clubs or participation and registration services, automated participation and participation with fake identities or with the identities of third parties is not permitted.
Participants may be required to provide proof of their eligibility to participate in the competition. If the participants do not prove their eligibility to participate within the deadline set by 3Bears, 3Bears reserves the right to exclude the participants from participation
3. Profits
The following prizes can be won:

In the unlikely event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to replace it with an equivalent prize at its sole discretion.
4. How does participation take place?
The competition will take place from January 1st, 2024 to March 31st, 2024 at https://3bears.de/pages/retail-gewinnspiel. To take part in the competition, the participant must purchase 3Bears products worth at least €5 in any supermarket or from an online partner ( not in the 3Bears online shop! ) during the above promotional period and submit a photo of the receipt/invoice by Upload February 29 , 2024 to https://3bears.de/pages/retail-gewinnspiel .
The receipt must be a receipt from a German or Austrian supermarket or an invoice from one of our online partners who sell 3Bears products. Invoices from 3Bears' own sales channels www.3bears.de and Amazon are excluded. To participate, the following information must be included on the receipt/invoice: date and time of purchase, reference to the purchase of at least one pack of 3Bears Porridge worth at least €5 and the seller. The prerequisite for participation is that the purchase date of the receipt is within the promotional period (01/01/2024 - 03/31/2024) and is legible. All data on the receipt that is not required to participate in the competition, such as other purchased items, can be blacked out before uploading. Each receipt or invoice may only be uploaded once. 3Bears reserves the right to prosecute intentional multiple uploading of a receipt or invoice and to exclude the participant from participation. However, it is possible to participate multiple times with additional supermarket receipts or invoices that prove the purchase of at least one of the above-mentioned products in the above-mentioned promotion period.
If fraud is suspected, 3Bears reserves the right to request that the original receipt be sent in and make this a condition for the prize being issued. The receipt must be kept as proof until April 30, 2024.
5. Determination of profits
The winners will be chosen at random.
6. Win notification
The winners will be notified no later than 14 days after the end of the promotion period via the email address provided when participating. The email address cannot be changed after the initial notification. In the event of non-delivery, 3Bears is not obliged to carry out further investigations; In this case there is no entitlement to the prize.
7. Transfer of prizes
The prizes will be transmitted in individual consultation with the organizer.
8. Exclusion of participants
3Bears reserves the right to exclude from participation without giving reasons any participants who provide false or incomplete information, use unauthorized tools, which are suspected of being manipulated or who otherwise violate the conditions of participation.
If the conditions for exclusion are met, winnings can be subsequently withdrawn or winnings that have already been paid out or delivered can be reclaimed. 3Bears reserves the right to ask the participant to comment if there is suspicion of grounds for exclusion. If the statement is not made within the deadline set by 3Bears, 3Bears reserves the right to exclude the participants from participation.
9. No transmission of winnings
If it is not possible to transfer the prize to the winner (e.g. because the entitlement to the prize is no longer applicable due to the conditions of participation or the winner does not accept the prize), 3Bears remains at its own discretion to decide what will happen with the prize (e.g. whether the prize will be awarded according to the these conditions of participation will be awarded to the participants who did not win or whether this will not be awarded and will be used for another competition, for example).
10. Data Protection
Participation in the competition is voluntary. The body responsible for the collection, processing and use of personal data as part of the competition is 3Bears Foods GmbH, Zielstattstraße 40, 81379 Munich.

The organizer collects the data necessary to carry out the competition. These are the first and last name and the email address. We will later also collect the address and telephone number from the winners.
The participant has the opportunity to sign up for the newsletter to find out more about news, recipes and exclusive discount campaigns about 3Bears. The data will not be shared with third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. If you do not register for the newsletter, the organizer will process and use this personal data exclusively to carry out the competition.
The participant's personal data will not be passed on beyond this.

11. Disclaimer
3Bears assumes no responsibility for any loss of data, including but not limited to any loss of data during data transmission, technical defects, or lost, damaged or delayed entries resulting from network, hardware or software problems.
Any warranty claims of the winners are excluded.
12. Changes/discontinuation of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to change or discontinue the competition at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 3Bears is particularly entitled to discontinue, cancel or suspend the competition if
- attempted misuse through manipulation is discovered or
- proper execution can no longer be guaranteed, in particular in the event of hardware or software failure, program errors, computer viruses or unauthorized interventions by third parties as well as mechanical, technical or legal problems.
The organiser reserves the right to change these conditions of participation at any time.
13. Invalidity of individual clauses
If a clause of these conditions is ineffective, the corresponding statutory regulation applies and the effectiveness of the remaining conditions remains unaffected.
14. Transfer, cash payment, legal action
A cash payment of the prize is not possible. Any claims to prizes are not transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.
15. Consumer Arbitration
We hereby inform you that 3Bears does not participate in dispute resolution procedures of a consumer arbitration board and is not obliged to do so.
