We all love warm cinnamon rolls from the oven. Here we have a vegan alternative to the classic for you. For baked oats, oat flakes are ground into a flour and then baked in the oven. Baked oats - especially with a liquid core - are really celebrated on social media. With the natural sweetness of our cinnamon apple porridge, the liquid chocolate centre and the creamy cinnamon swirl, this recipe is made for all foodies. Absolute breakfast goals!
Ingredients
Base
60g 3Bears Cinnamon Apple Porridge
1 small Banana
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
150ml Herbal Drink
1 small piece of Vegan White Chocolate
Cinnamon Swirl
1 tbsp Nut Butter (cashew)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
½ tsp Cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees bottom/top heat. For the base, put all the ingredients in a small blender and puree them. Pour the mixture into a small ovenproof mould and hide a small piece of white chocolate in it for the liquid centre. For the cinnamon swirl, mix all the ingredients with a fork and add to the base in a spiral shape. Bake the oats in the oven for about 15 minutes. Let it cool down briefly and enjoy.
