The sun is shining, the first barbecue parties are starting and nothing can dampen your good mood: Yessss, spring is here! We have to celebrate this, and that's what we're doing here with these mega yummy strawberry cheesecake overnight oats. Fruity fresh, this recipe comes along just in time for the strawberry season. The sweetness of our Dreierbeere Porridge goes perfectly with the creamy cheesecake layer and the fruity strawberries. As always, naturally sweetened, vegan and nutritious. Oh yeah, this quick spring breakfast with fresh strawberries is super easy and quick to prepare, and it tastes so good - have fun imitating.
Ingredients
Base
50g 3Bears Triple Berry Porridge
100ml Plant Drink
2 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
Cheesecake Layer
25g Plant-based Cream Cheese
50g Coconut Yogurt
1 tbsp Nut Butter (cashew)
1 tsp Agave Syrup
1 pinch Vanilla Powder
Strawberry Puree
1 handful of Strawberries
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Agave Syrup
1 tsp Almonds, sliced
Preparation
Pour the triple berry porridge into an overnight oats glass. Mix with the plant drink and coconut yoghurt. Let it soak for 10 minutes. Mix the plant-based cream cheese with coconut yoghurt, nut butter, agave syrup and the vanilla - spread over the base. To make the strawberry sauce, simply puree a few strawberries with a little water and agave syrup. Spread the strawberry sauce over the overnight oats. Cover, and place in the refrigerator overnight. Before serving, sprinkle with a few almonds and top with fresh strawberry slices, mint leaves *optional add edible flowers.
