Overnight Oats Mango Lassi Style

What would go better with this new overnight oats variety than Mango Lassi? That's right: Nothing. The combination is just too nice and should definitely not be missing on your breakfast table. The Mango Lassi is very easy to prepare with just two ingredients. It tastes really fruity and nutritious, and that's not all, the tropical superfruit has to offer. The high proportion of vitamins, folic acid and beta-carotene strengthens your immune system. Go Mango! 

Ingredients

50g 3Bears Overnight Oats Golden Mango
100ml Plant Drink
75g Ripe Mango
50g Coconut Yogurt
A handful of fresh mint

 

Preparation

Pour the golden mango overnight oats and plant drink into the overnight oats glass and stir. Put aside. Mix the mango and yoghurt in a blender to form a cream and then pour it into the glass. Garnish with fresh mint. Refrigerate the overnight oats for at least 6 hours.
