Our summer edition Koko Cocoa Overnight Oats is topped with a nutritious chocolate ganache. Our new variety tastes so summery and spreads holiday vibes spoon by spoon. The ganache is made from just three real ingredients: coconut yogurt, cocoa and dates. Not only do they taste great together, they are also nutritious. We're sure you won't want to have any other breakfast this summer.
Ingredients
50g 3Bears Overnight Oats Koko Cocoa100ml Plant Drink
100g Coconut Yogurt
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
35g Fresh Dates (pitted / soak dried dates beforehand)
60g Raspberries
Preparation
Add 3Bears Overnight Oats Koko cocoa and the plant drink to the overnight oats glass and stir. Set aside now. Mix coconut yoghurt, cocoa and dates in a small blender to make a creamy ganache. Pour the ganache into the glass and top with the raspberries. Refrigerate the overnight oats for at least 6 hours or overnight.
