Here we have a recipe for a hot tiramisu bowl - as always without sugar or other frills. Our porridge oil takes your breakfast to the next level.
Ingredients
1 tsp Porridge Oil - Apricot Kernel50g Fine Cocoa Porridge
100ml Plant-based Drink
50ml Coffee, black tea or more plant-based drink
50g Soy Yogurt (unsweetened)
1 tsp Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
Optional: 1 tsp Maple Syrup
Handful of fresh berries
Preparation
Put the porridge in a pot together with the plant drink, porridge oil and optionally coffee. Bring to the boil while stirring until it is nice and creamy. Remove from the heat and let rest briefly. Then pour into a bowl. Optionally, sweeten the soy yogurt with maple syrup and add it to the porridge. Sift the cocoa powder over the soy yogurt. Top with fresh berries and enjoy while still warm.
