- 50g 3Bears Porridge Poppy Banana
- 100ml oat milk
- 2 tbsp soy yogurt
- 1 tbsp pureed blueberries
- 1 tsp cocoa nibs
- To decorate: a few blueberries, agave syrup if desired
Preparation
- Mix 3Bears Porridge with oat milk in a mason jar or storage container. This mixture is then covered and placed in the refrigerator (max. 7 degrees) overnight (at least 6 hours). This means the oat flakes can swell in peace, are even more digestible and the flavors also develop wonderfully.
- The next morning your overnight oats will be almost ready and edible. Puree the blueberries with the yogurt and add this fresh cream to the overnight oats. Finally, sprinkle the cocoa nibs over the top and garnish with the blueberries and, if desired, agave syrup.
- This vegan flavour magic not only looks fantastic, but also tastes fabulous! It looks particularly nice if you serve the overnight oats in a mason jar. Those with a sweet tooth can also add some agave syrup to refine it. This is definitely an eye-catcher at your next brunch!
