Fluffy Hafer Pancakes

Are pancakes your feel-good food? Then hold on tight: We're now dropping the cakes out of the pan with oat power. Our oat pancakes in the morning banish hunger and worries. Of course we also avoid industrial sugar and wheat flour with this hot drop. With the baking mix for oat pancakes, only certified organic and vegan ingredients end up in your pan and the best of the superfood oats and spelled: a perfect mix of satiating fibre, iron, protein, folic acid and complex carbohydrates.

 

Oat Pancakes Gluten Free

Ingredients

3Bears Oat Pancakes Baking Mix
300ml Plant Drink (vegan)
225ml Milk, 1 Egg (classic)

Preparation

Mix the package contents and the other ingredients with a whisk until everything is well mixed.  

Heat some oil or butter in a well-coated pan. Fry the dough one tablespoon at a time over medium heat in a lightly greased pan. Use approx. 2-3 tbsp for one pancake. If the pancakes develop bubbles on the surface, turn them over. Once the pancakes are golden brown on both sides, they are ready.
