Ingredients

For 2 servings

Raspberry chia layer

  • 200g raspberries
  • 100ml oat drink
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 2 tsp agave syrup or date syrup

Decoration

  • 2 tsp peanuts, unsalted & chopped
  • 4 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 handful of fresh raspberries

Preparation

Mix Wild Bowls Porridge Nutty Cocoa with the oat drink and the peanut butter in a preserving jar. This forms the basis of overnight oats.

Separately, add the raspberries and the oat drink to the blender. Then mix the liquid with the chia seeds and the date syrup in a storage container. Let both soak separately in the refrigerator overnight.

The next morning, divide half of the overnight oats between two glasses. Now layer half of the raspberry chia mix in the two glasses. Place a teaspoon of peanut butter on each layer. Repeat with the remaining overnight oats, raspberry chia mix and peanut butter. Top with chopped peanuts and fresh raspberries.
